      Hands must be washed and dry before and after a meal, after using the toilet and afterplaying

      You should wash hands after coughing or sneezing, this helps control infection spread.

      Hand washing with soap removes germs from hands. This helps prevent infections because people frequently touch their eyes,nose and mouth without even realizing it. Germs can get into the body through the eyes,nose and mouth and make us sick.

      1. Key points to keep you hands clean is handwashing which prevents you from getting infections and germs, it helps in keeping with a healthy lifestyle and prevent you from getting sick and your friends and family members.


      2.Washing hands prevent the spread of respiratory and diarrheal infections from one person to the next.

  16. Key point for keeping hands clean for example if you cough or sneeze in your hands and touch other persons you can spread the germs so for yourself and family to stay healthy you must practice washing your hands .

    It is important to keep hands clean as in the prevention of infection and spreading germs such as bacteria and viruses.

    Brushing of the teeth at least twice per day at ,2: drinking of water in between meals to neutralize the acids from the food and drinks we consume3:by practicing to only consume sugary foods and juice's at meal time

    Eat nutritious and balance meals limit snacks.

    Brush teeth twice a day with flouride contain toothpaste.
