DeleteBased on what you said about the importance of knowing about CRC I do not see the importance of knowing about it. What is the CRC really about?
ReplyDeleteSamantha Grant
ReplyDeleteWe should be knowledgeable because knowing the rights can help you to help them reach their full potential, helps you to be a better parent and to be more caring and responsible towards children.
2. Persons who refuses to observe child rights needs to be counseled, educated or charged. Counseled because some didn't get the right knowledge or treatment so they don't know how to pass it on to their child, some are willing to try yet need more education about the right way to treat children. And those who are definitely not willing to should be charge because children have rights too.

How can knowing child rights help us to help them reach their full potential?
DeleteShantol Thomas: we need to be knowledgeable about the CRC macaws children are faced with new challenges everyday, such as inadequate HealthCare, nutrinutrition, and lack of proper education. So I think it's important to acknowledge the children rights and give them their entitled rights so they can express their rights.

But if it's an case where proper education,Healthcare and protection is involved for the child I think that individual deserve an reward.

ReplyDeleteAwesome. What should happen if someone violates those rights? What penalties should they face ?
DeleteDenise: We need to be knowledgeable about the "Convention of the Rights of a Child" because this makes us more aware of the importance of protecting our children in general. It enlightens us of how much children are vulnerable in society and need us as adults to protect and care for them whether they are our own children or not. It also sends a strong message to people in general that there are consequence for ill-treatment of the young and vulnerable beings.
ReplyDeleteWell said Denise.
DeleteDenise: Individuals who refuse to observe child rights should be charged depending on the level of offence; that is molestation, exploitation, or any other criminal offences towards a child.
