DeleteEvery Children and adolescents need to have a healthy nutritious diet that will help to support their immune system in order to promote their growth mentally and physically.
Deficiency in child can be caused because of the lack of nutritious intake which can lead up to obesity, weakness of bones, tooth decay and other things, because the body does not get the correct amount of nutrients, so it restrict the body from performing healthy.
And if children and adolescents have allergies or intolerances their eating habits need to change in modifying some of the things they should not eat in a way that they are supplying the body with all foods nutrients that gives you a balance diet and to be supervised by a dietitian, and if child is not eating or your concern about their high intake you need to visit a doctor for help in planning and preparing meals for that child or adolescent.
Well said. Use each child instead of evry children, or start with Children. Very good Yanique

DeleteYes Corrine. Well said. Just some minor corrections to be made for a few words.
Deletesome of the things I learned was, fibre keeps the digestive and immune systems healthy. A healthy diet with the right nutrition also plays a vital role in maintaining a healthy weight in children and adolescents. Eating patterns established in childhood continue into adulthood, so the more healthy choices children are offered, the better. especially about this disease Coeliac I had us to do a deeper search to find out what this disease is. Crystal

yes Crystal I am happy you went on to do further research. I agree. Just a few spelling corrections and you are good. So what is Coelaic disease based on your research?
DeleteCeliac disease or Sprue is an autoimmune disease that mainly affects the small intestines. Celiac disease occurs when there is a negative reaction to gluten (proteins which are found in wheat and other grains such as rye and barley). Oats (in moderate quantity) are usually well tolerated.

Reading food labels is the best way to know how healthy a product is, always look for the fat and sugar values as it guide you in making good choices.

ReplyDeleteAlso that allergies to particular foods or food intolerance for example lactose can result in a limited diet and nutrients deficiencies if it's not chan or manage safe...
Lactose interlerance can lead to a decrease calcium intake so the child need to have alternatives for example lactose free cow's milk.
